Governance and Ethical Management_

Integrity and transparency as the foundation of our business_

DOMINION’s presence across multiple countries and diverse activities requires a continuous effort to adapt to different and evolving regulations, while also maintaining a shared corporate culture. Our values of integrity, responsibility, transparency, flexibility and innovation are the foundation of our identity as an exemplary global company, committed to integrity, people’s well-being and building a better future.

Our Ethical Framework is a key element of DOMINION’s compliance system and reflects the company’s zero-tolerance approach to unethical conduct and breaches of integrity. At the heart of this Framework is our Code of Conduct:

Our Ethical Framework is complemented by various internal policies and protocols. These policies govern our relationships with different stakeholder groups and provide our own framework for action that goes beyond strict compliance with applicable legislation. The Compliance Department is responsible for developing and updating our internal policies and procedures.

Both in our relations with the Administration and in our relations with other companies and institutions, we expressly forbid any conduct or practice of corruption, bribery or influence trafficking in relation to customers, suppliers, trading partners and civil servants or public, national or international institutions.

Our Code of Conduct and Tax Policy emphasise the importance of compliance with tax obligations, in accordance with the legislation in force, and explicitly prohibit the avoidance of payments or the obtaining of undue profit to the detriment of the Tax Authorities or Social Security.

Other policies

DOMINION provides different channels through which anyone connected with the organisation can report, anonymously if they wish, any irregularities or breaches related to our Code of Conduct, as well as any situation involving harassment. For further information, you can access the Reporting Form or consult the Code of Conduct and the Essential Principles of the Ethics Channel directly.

DOMINION has an Internal Reporting System in accordance with Spanish Law 2/2023 of 20 February, designed for reporting regulatory breaches and conduct contrary to the law. This System is managed centrally at Group level through a common platform, without prejudice to each company being responsible for its own system. Detailed information on the processing of personal data within the Internal Reporting System is available through the channel itself.
