DOMINION has increased its net profit by 35 per cent up to September 2026, with turnover of 758.8 million euros and 5.2 per cent growth in recurring business, which now account for more than 90% of revenue, continue to grow and strengthen the company's performance during a period marked by strategic divestments.

DOMINION reported net profit attributable to shareholders of €8.2 million in the first nine months of 2026, up 35% compared to the same period last year. Excluding discontinued operations, net profit attributable to shareholders reached €11.8 million, an increase of 19%.

The company recorded revenue of €758.8 million, representing 2% organic growth on a like-for-like basis, and EBITDA of €94.6 million, equivalent to a margin of 12.5% on revenue.

Recurring businesses continue to strengthen their growth

GDE and GDT Services, which together account for more than 90% of revenue, achieved combined organic growth of 5.2%, driven by activity in circular economy, decarbonisation and energy infrastructure services.

Meanwhile, GDT Projects maintains an order backlog of €364 million, with no cancellations, although project execution continues to be affected by global geopolitical and macroeconomic uncertainty.

These results reflect DOMINION's ongoing business simplification process, as the company continues to divest non-strategic activities and strengthen its recurring business model.

At the same time, the company is preparing its new Strategic Plan, which is scheduled to be presented in the first quarter of 2027 and will outline the growth priorities for its strategic areas.
