Talent and Diversity _

Our commitment to diversity_

DOMINION’s success is driven by its more than 12,000 professionals, working across a large number of countries around the world. We aim to provide a working environment where everyone can develop their full potential at every level.

We promote equal opportunities and embrace generational, cultural and gender diversity, the inclusion of people with disabilities, the promotion of decent and quality employment, the rejection of child and forced labour, respect for freedom of association and collective bargaining, and the alignment of our professionals’ interests with the company’s strategic objectives.

Our approach is guided by the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work and the principles of the United Nations Global Compact.

Sustainability indicators: technology as the foundation for managing a diverse workforce_

Our broad geographical and sectoral presence requires additional efforts to ensure effective monitoring of compliance with our corporate principles and to gather the data needed to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.

At DOMINION, we rely on technology to provide comprehensive, up-to-date information, processed through an advanced Business Intelligence (BI) system.

This system enables us to monitor a wide range of sustainability indicators related to people management, which we publish annually in our Non-Financial Information Statement, audited by independent third parties.

Our commitment to diversity is part of our dedication to a safe, respectful and inclusive workplace, ensuring zero tolerance for harassment and sustainable remuneration.

We place particular emphasis on diversity as a fundamental pillar of People & Culture, not only because of our commitment to society, but also because we believe it is key to attracting and retaining the best talent. At DOMINION, we have developed a range of policies and initiatives aimed at advancing equality.

Our Code of Conduct prohibits all forms of discrimination. Any reports received through our Ethics Channel are handled confidentially, investigated and addressed through the appropriate measures.

Gender diversity_

DOMINION is committed to increasing the presence of women in leadership positions, taking into account the traditionally male-dominated nature of the sectors in which we operate, as well as the different gender dynamics in the countries where we have a significant presence.

DOMINION is a signatory to the Diversity Charter, a European charter of principles through which we demonstrate our commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

In May 2021, coinciding with European Diversity Month, we also launched an awareness campaign and promoted several initiatives, including joining the STEAM Alliance for Female Talent and participating in the UN Global Compact’s Target Gender Equality programme.
