DOMINION’s mission is to help our clients make their business processes more efficient and sustainable. We aim to facilitate the necessary transformation of industry and society towards sustainability-based models, helping our clients become increasingly competitive and sustainable.

DOMINION’s Strategic Plan sets out our intention to continue growing under this sustainability-based model, particularly in business activities linked to renewable energy and the circular economy. Because we understand sustainability as long-term efficiency.

Our commitment for sustainability is based in 6 pillars:

Health and Safety

Diversity and Talent

Environment

Gobernance and Ethical Management

Cybersecurity

Supply Chain

This commitment is reflected in the results achieved in the sustainability indicators in which we participate, providing a comparable picture of our performance against other companies and serving as an important source of information for investors, clients and other stakeholders.

Rankings

In recent years, sustainability indices have gained increasing importance as a source of information for investors, clients and other stakeholders, helping to ensure that organizations fulfil their sustainability commitments.

Aware of their importance, DOMINION participates annually in the most relevant sustainability indices, assessing the performance of its sustainability strategy and identifying improvements that enable us to continue advancing as a sustainability leader in the sector.

Certifications

A key element of our commitment to sustainability is ensuring that our processes, whether related to safety, the environment or the delivery of our solutions and services, are carried out in accordance with the highest standards and in a consistent and verifiable manner. To this end, DOMINION has a dedicated department responsible for certifying its processes through independent audits, in accordance with the main international standards (ISO and OHSA, among others).

In addition, the Non-Financial Information Statement (EINF) published annually by DOMINION complies with legal requirements, particularly European Union Directive 2014/95/EU and its transposition into Spanish law through Law 11/2018, which requires its publication and third-party verification.

This report addresses all the areas covered by the legislation and has been verified by PwC without qualifications. It also follows the standards published by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) as an international reference framework for measuring and reporting our economic, environmental and social performance.
