That is why, after a first edition that exceeded our expectations, we launched the 2nd Edition of our Intrapreneurship Contest, an initiative designed to enhance internal talent and give visibility to the innovative projects of our professionals.

Those who know best the opportunities for improvement are those who, day by day, work on our projects and services. From DOMINION, we want to promote intrapreneurship, creating a space where our people can develop real solutions that improve efficiency, sustainability and the way we work.
The Intrapreneurship Contest has two modes of participation:

Innovation Awards: to recognize projects already implemented that have generated a positive impact on efficiency and sustainability.
Ideas Contest: A space to present innovative proposals, with support and mentoring for their development and implementation.

With this new call, DOMINION reaffirms its commitment to innovation and internal entrepreneurship, betting on the ideas and projects that are born of his team.
