DOMINION has closed the first half of 2026 by consolidating the development of its business model, with growth underpinned by the increased recurring nature of its activities, the development of electricity infrastructure and progress on projects linked to the energy transition. The company continues to implement its simplification strategy and is preparing to present a new strategic plan at the end of the year, focused on a new phase of growth

An increasingly common business model

The transformation undertaken in recent years is enabling DOMINION to build a business with greater visibility, stability and capacity to generate value. The company has strengthened the weighting of its recurring activities, gradually reducing its exposure to more volatile businesses and increasing the predictability of its results.

Decarbonisation continues to create opportunities

DOMINION is also making good progress in activities relating to decarbonisation and the circular economy. The company continues to develop projects aimed at improving energy efficiency, promoting renewable self-consumption and encouraging the reuse of materials, thereby strengthening its position in markets with significant long-term growth potential.

A robust portfolio and prudent management

The group continues to prioritise disciplined risk management and profitability, selecting projects that strike the right balance between growth and cash generation. This strategy enables it to navigate the current economic climate from a position of strength, whilst retaining the capacity to capitalise on new investment opportunities.

During the half-year, DOMINION has continued to make progress in streamlining its structure and focusing its resources on activities with the greatest potential for growth and profitability. This process strengthens the group’s position and lays the foundations for the company’s next phase of development.
