Catalyst Extraction and Handling_
Unloading_
Unloading can be done in several ways:
- Gravity unloading
Placement of a cutter system at the unloading nozzles through which the product is extracted and stored in different containers (drums, big bags, bins, or others). - Vacuum unloading with or without nitrogen recirculation.
We have an extensive range of closed and nitrogen recirculating vacuum machines.
- Cardox systems
A material accumulation removal system, allows for the decomposition of the agglomerated material through the rapid release of carbon dioxide. - Catalyst screening
We have screening equipment with different-sized sieves that allow us to exhaustively separate several kinds of catalysts, dust, and ceramic balls of different sizes.
Mechanical work_
Durante el proceso de descarga realizamos distintos trabajos para poder ir accediendo a las zonas en las que se encuentra el material descargado. Para ello es necesario:
- Internal part dismantling and assembly
- Basket dismantling and assembly
- Scallop dismantling and assembly
- Mesh repairs
Cleaning
Once the unloading has been completed, we do cleaning work on the unloaded machine, which may consist of different types of cleaning depending on the customer's requirements and the type of unit, including:
- Internal dry cleaning
- Internal cleaning using a high-pressure lorry
- Cleaning with water from a high-energy lorry
- Dry ice blasting
- Drying of internal parts
- Passivation/Neutralisation
Loading
We use several loading methods depending on the equipment's characteristics, which may include:
- Sock loading
- Dense loading
- Unidense® loading for primary reformer tubes.
- Dry ice blasting
- Drying of internal parts
- Passivation/Neutralisation
