The challenge
Companies are constantly faced with the challenge of increasing their competitiveness and improving their customers experience. To do this, it is essential for them to adapt to market trends, offering competitive prices and reducing the execution times of their tasks.

RPA (Robotic Process Automation) technology facilitates the increase of this competitiveness by improving efficiency and reducing production costs. Since around 2010, this sector has been growing steadily in Spain. According to several reports from different institutions and companies, process robotisation increases productivity, reduces production costs and helps to improve customer experience.

Dominions Plus
At Dominion Digital, we develop RPA processes to offer scalable and sustainable solutions. With our service we manage to facilitate and optimise repetitive tasks performed by a companys employees, so that they can dedicate themselves to more strategic tasks and where they can contribute greater value to the companies.

With this objective, we have implemented an RPA CoE (Centre of Excellence) in one of our main clients. This CoE has achieved:

Robotise more than 200 company processes.
Save the company more than 6 million euros per year.
Reassign value-added tasks to more than 35 employees.
Avoid several fines and penalties for non-compliance.

Avoid customer churn.

Results
With the creation of the RPA CoE in the company, the companys competitiveness has been increased. In addition to robotising processes that directly affect their business, other areas such as IT and HR are robotising their internal processes, resulting in less time wasted by employees. RPA technology is now a strategic issue that is managed at C-Level (CEO, CTO, CISO&).
