Extending our ethical and environmental principles to our suppliers network _

At DOMINION, we apply our high environmental and social standards to all our suppliers and business partners. Strong ethical principles and a firm commitment to corporate responsibility and sustainable business practices are essential to managing the challenges and opportunities of a global environment undergoing constant and rapid change.

The Supplier Code of Conduct (“Code”) sets out the minimum principles that DOMINION expects its suppliers to uphold, promoting awareness and acceptance of these principles before entering into a contractual relationship and ensuring compliance throughout the entire business relationship.

This Code, which must be signed by suppliers, contractors, partners and all other parties involved in the supply chain, establishes the minimum standards of conduct that can reasonably be expected of them. It reflects their commitment to respect for Human Rights, integrity and ethical conduct, environmental protection and safety, as well as information protection and transparency, with the aim of promoting a sustainable economy.

However, our commitment to the supply chain goes further. As part of our efforts to extend and assess social and environmental responsibility throughout our supply chain, we continuously update our supplier approval processes, communicate our Purchasing Policy, require compliance with our General Purchasing Conditions and the signing of our Social and Environmental Responsibility Commitment, request the completion of sustainability self-assessment questionnaires, and conduct both remote and on-site audits.

In this regard, we use supplier ESG assessment tools such as Achilles and EcoVadis, which enable us to compare suppliers and standardise the results obtained.
